Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
